intake manifold

Is it a good idea to put a skunk2 intake manifold on a nearly stock b18c? I have apexi exhaust, cold air intake, and I plan on getting a header. Otherwise stock.

if you dont plan on doing much more to the engine then dont bother you will get a SLIGHT gain in the top end but you will lose a bunch of low/mid range power

if you really want to invest into the intake manifold and not planning to spend a whole lot, you can invest in some type r cams, valves, and valve springs. cams=$300-$500? valves=$200ish valve springs=$200ish. after you've applied that with some headers, it'll be a good engine flow.
