Yes it does provide more power, go with one. I bought a generic CAI from a ghetto shit local shop for like 100 bucks, then I bought a Blitz filter since they flow the most CFM, and then I painted a heat repellant paint and then wrapped the damn thing in heat resistant silver tape.
