dude where are you from and what are you talking about?????????????????????????????????????????????fasfoiuwyfiouwh f lkjfhi

Non vtec SOHC? If so you can swap the appropriate SOHC vtec head onto it with a little work.

You can not swap a B series DOHC head onto a SOHC motor.

cheers mate taught that all wright mine is a 16valve so it would be a DOHC db61a engin what would u reckin i would have to change would i need a vtec injection system to my car is the zxi model 1.6
[post=]Quoted post[/post]

Being 16V doesn't automatically imply DOHC, having two cams does.

ok first of all slow down. Use punctuations because i cant understand you very well. Do you have a D16a6? If you can post pics that would really help. Here what i have to say from what i can infer, yes you can put a vtec head on a none vtec block. Honda tech (i think) has a good write up on how to do it, along with pics.

PICS WOULD HELP!

Those are chasiss codes, not motor codes, which I have seen can cause some confusion, since people in other countries go by those instead of actual motor codes.

Get your shit straight:

90-93 Integra Coupe = DA9
90-93 Integra Sedan = DB1
92-93 Integra GSR Coupe = DB2
94-01 Integra Coupe (RS/LS/GS) = DC4
94-01 Integra Sedan (RS/LS/GS) = DB7
94-01 Integra Sedan GSR = DB8
94-01 Integra GSR Coupe/ITR = DC2

Want to know more USDM chassis codes? You should have scrolled down and seen my post, I am BrianDB1. All you have to do to figure out what chassis code goes to what car is search autotrader.com as long as it has the VIN# you will get the chassis code. The Chassis code is the 4th, 5th, and 6th character in the code. damn.
