Integra oem brake suggestions

I need some brakes for a 1999 LS. front brakes only. pads are done and the rotors are warped to hell. they've been turned once already and are probably oem. 103,000 miles. Looking for just standard, el cheapo brakes. they are going on a car for a 16 year old girl. Is there anywhere that will have a cheaper setup anywhere.
