integra turbo info

i have a 96 b18b1 i want to put a bolt on turbo onto it what the max psi i can run and what hp would i be looking at, and where are good tech articles on turbo's.

completely stock engine? probly like 7-10 psi would be pretty reliable. you could do minor things to get alittle more boost like arp head studs,block gaurd,sleeving the block but if ur gona do all that then u should build the bottom end ie...pistons,rods ect
