whats the biggest intercooler i can fit in 95 civic eg?
i got a f22b dohc.
im willing to remove my bumber support.
would it be better to buy a kit or piece it together.
 
You dont need a huge intercooler, if its too big it will cause a pressure drop and actually hurt performance. And pieceing together your own "kit" will be cheaper than buying a pre-built kit. And at all cost stay away from the ebay kits, the turbos are junk.

You want a suitable intercooler according to the rest of your setup and power goals.

A 12" tall core is the tallest that will work easily with the support removed.
