if you are really lazy (like me) and dont wanna do a bunch of sanding or wiping off oily residue, then get a can of acetone. Pretty much the same shit as your girlfriend's nail-polish remover, but without the pink dye and in a concentrated form. You shouldn't even have to scrub, it should rub right off with no effort.
 
yea, acetone and lacquer thinner work pretty much the same way. they are the shizzitz when it comes to solvents :)

just DONT SMOKE when using them they are more flammable than gasoline!
 
lol i just frustrated for everyone making fun of me for wanting to correct soemone elses mistake.. so i just fitxed it bought a new dash
 
actually, that seems to be the more logical and most economical fix
