Nope. They used to also make us 'swish and spit' in school which overdid it on my teeth. I had mild 'dental fluorosis' which was noticed after my adult teeth came in. Apparently it affects things under the gum as well. It will just get worse from here.

I don't drink tap water. Never have. It affects everyone differently. I don't mind since I had it cleared up and in doing so have found out that I have no wisdom teeth or buds. No extraction for meh!
