Is a D16 engine the same as a ZC

    I've been looking and I have a ZC motor. I dont know if its the same as the D16. Becuz I'm looking for parts for a ZC but can't find any. Which the D16 is the same i think.

    A zc is a d16, just means d series and a 1.6 liter. The closest thing to a zc is I *think* was a d16a9, but do your reading. There is a stamp on the block next to the tranny that tells what it is.

    the D16A8 and D16A9 are basically the same as a ZC, but very rare

    the closest thing is USDM platform was the D16A1 from the 86-89 integras

    basically the same motor but lower compression and shittier internals resulting in lower horsepower
