is ek b16 chipped ecu compatible for b18c intergra db8 ?

I know the plug is the same(db8 P72), just want to know is the programme mapping b16 same as b18 ?
what is the different between b16/b18(p30/p72) ecu ?
I like to try spoon P30, is it good for me?
