Is this not an F22 distributor? Aren't the F22' internal coil and H22's external?

I've seen some SOHC VTEC F22's be external coil.

Could also be a F23, more rare, but still out there.

I made my z6 run with an external coil, but thats just because i was too cheap to get a proper coil from honda.... eh whata ya gonna do

JDM H22's are internal coil, USDM H22's are external. The F22's switched to internal coil in 94.

i have an internal on my 90' f22a4..

disclaimer: there are no wires going to my distributor, other then the 4 plug wires, therefore i assume that i have an internal coil.

Hmmm, weird. My buddy drives a 93 Accord and has an external coil....Oh well.
