^^ true. if i were a cop and a girl's trying to work her charm i'll take her to jail. it's like emotional bribery and at the same time admitting she's guilty.

khrisb i live in midtown and the cops are pretty bad here too, they always ask me if i have weapons or drugs in my car because i am asian.

they've never asked me for a search tho because i have a ek hatch, not tinted so they could see right through everything. i believe they are not violating your rights by ASKING you for a search, if they pulled you out of your car and opened it themselves that'd be illegal.

federal law doesn't allow anyone to search you even if you have been busted, all they need is probable cause or a warrant. Its the ummmmmmmmm 3rd ammendment, or something like that. One of those.
