is there another name for cam towers

the shop where my h22a1 turbowagon is at said to me that the hold up is because the machinist they are affiliated with misplaced my cam towers.i am tryin to check a price on the parts but can't find the parts online at all. do the cam towers go by a different name or did he make these parts up?

are you talking about the cam holders that run over top of both cams? they are a single piece thats about 1.5"x5"? If so, you will not be able to get it from honda without purchasing a full head.

Your best bet will be a junk yard.

Btw, these parts arent something that can be reused from different engines unless the machine shop can match them up (which is why honda doesnt sell them).
