Is This A Good Price For An Integra?

i am supposed to go check out this integra tomorrowy and i want to know what u guys think about the price

1995 integra

silver, 13XXXX miles, interior in good condition, "some" rust, she wants $3500 for it and she probably wount go down od the price because she was saiyn a lot of ppl are comin to check it out.

If the car is mechanically sound I would say that it is a good deal. What trim is it? (LS, GS, GS-R, etc)?
