I know the lower intake manifold is supposed to come on the newer b20. If it is low it means it is the 140 hp version with higher compression doesn't it?

I previously believed only the B20z is higher compression. but then I read around and it may have confused things a bit.

what about the whole double or triple layer head gasket thing? I thought some B20b's that came with a double layer may be the higher compression ones? also some people have speculated the higher compression B20b's have that resonating chamber on top of the intake manifold? the lower stature intake manifolds also came on some lower compression b20b's correct?

this is good stuff, I think some other people could benefit from clearing this up also!^_^
    (prolly mostly vendors! LOL )
