Is there any way I can fix this? Could I solder it? I slightly bent the fuel filter after installing it. I got a another new one but trying to see if this is salvagable since its only have about 5 minutes of use. Ideas?

i mean you might could weld it, but there so cheap to buy you would have more labor in it than its worth.
 
a fuel leak = fire.

its not worth it for a relatively inexpensive part.
