I wish it was real but looks like some photochopping on the left hand picture at the top of the neck.
 
I don't understand why so many people wonder if pictures like this are real or not

unless your name is Courtney Love do you really think you would go out on stage in front of cameras showing your tits off? on top of that shes a teenie booper her main target is preteens to mid-teens

I would love to see her boobs before the boob job =)
 
dude that is so fake, there's a site out there all about fake or not, and they show the original photo of britney and then how the fake was mad. it's a cool site.
