IMO, ITBs are not worth the hassle of what your looking to do. Dump the $1000 into sleeves and boost the hell out of it. MUCH faster.
 
ITB's on hondas suck because hondas like a long inlet tract length and if you run itb's you will be lucky to fit long enough ones without hitting the firewall or you will loose alot of mid range. An aftermarket plenum setup will do just as well, The problem with getting the horses you want out of a N/A motor is you will need to rev it to 8000+ rpm which the stock rods wont like. Get a T25R turbo ( nissan S14 or similar with compressor a/r of .80 not the smaller .48). With the small t25 turbine you will have very little lag and you will be able to dial in up to 250FWhp depending on what you have done to it without ringing its neck, but dont forget to fit a block guard first.
