itr cams or si cams or ctr cams?

ive got an ls/vtec motor i just bought, (b16 head), after breaking it apart a buddy of mine told me i had ITR cams...how can i tell?

What's the difference between say a '97 ITR and a 2000 ITR??

00 ITR has same duration as CTR
