I have a 96 integra ls that i recently did a ls vtec swap. the block was sleeved and bored to 83mm forged internals, head is a 99 b16. everything is wired up right and no codes are being thrown. with the ls ecu it runs great. I throw in the jdm itr ecu and it kinda bogs sometimes when i hit the gas at idle, and while im driving it feels like it does not want to go fast, it's like gutless. wiring is ok, timing is on. Was wondering if i need to tap in a pcv valve into the block, or if is just the ecu that is screwed. I know someone out there has had this problem. thanks guys.

Found the problem, the pcv is just for emissions. I am running 9.4 compression, the itr fuel mapping was way too rich and i was loading up on fuel. The ecu worked great in a friends car. I just went with the gsr ecu and vafc and it runs great.
