Here's the one (of many) annoying noobish question of the day:

How much whp (approximately) should I be running in an itr with:
-CP 12.5:1 pistons
-forged eagle rods/h-beams
-lightened crank/flywheel
-skunk2 manifold
-j's racing header
-injen cai
-fujitsibo catback
-RC 750cc injectors
-exedy stage 2 clutch
-various other performance tidbits
-cf hood

there is absolutely no way to guess what your horsepower will be, especially when you put in "various other tidbits"
every engine is different, every engine builder builds diffrently.
You also didn't say how it was going to be tuned, or what tranny youll be running. you also didn't say what kind of wheels, there are so may variables that it is impossible to tell.
Either way, unless someone has the xact same setup as you, there is no way to tell how much hp you will have, not even give an educated guess.

why are you going with j's header y don't you go with dc header and what weight of flywheel 8lbs, 9 lbs,10 lbs o yeah do you live in cali cause if you don't i would run a test pipe screw the catback i'm a boost man myself so thats the route i would go but thats me not you
