Just found this board and it looks like a lot of good info. Anyway, I have a 98 Civic HX and plan on swapping in a B18C5 ITR engine. Went to a shop near me and they said they could swap it in for $5800 (includes engine, parts labor). They also discount the installation of consumable parts (clutch, water pump, timing belt, etc) Does that sound that like a good price? How hard would this be to do myself? I have some friends that have done swaps on other cars and access to a lift. If I can save some money and find a good price on a turbo kit then I would like to go forced induction. If not I guess i will have to go N/A. If you think I would be better off with a different swap please let me know. Thanks!
