ITR pistons in b20?

What would I need to do to put ITR pistons into my b20? My new to this stuff so bare with me.

Overbore ITR pistosn.

B20 Bore = 84mm
B16/LS/GSR/ITR bore = 81mm

get some 84mm pistons mang.

they will fit.. you might have a little piston ring gap issue, and possibly a low compression psi, but otherwise it sounds like a great idea.

81mm ITR pistons will NOT work in a B20.

the itr pistons will be rattling around in the b20 cylinder. you wont even have a seal.

The motor wont start i put some itr pistons in a ls block that was 83mm and the pistons was stock size 81 just to see if it was posible ..and the mortor never did start.....but i did here the pistons slaping around on crank over....that was cool

yes, i am kidding. a 1.5mm piston gap and 0 compression might be a "little low"

Just use JB weld to make some extra extra thick rings.

call up je, they got slugs for b20 that bumps comp up to 11.5. that´s basically your only "type r piston" right thur.

in a B20A(old prelude) they will fit but not in a B20B or B20Z(new CRV) or in a B21A1(old prelude si).

B20A=81mm bore
B21A1=83mm bore
B20B/Z=84mm bore
