Why oh why didn't I take the blue pill?

Ok, so not new but new to me. I decided to sell my truck and get a 2003 Honda Pilot. It looks really nice for its age. I paid $4,000 for it. I'm kinda excited about the tape player, lol. I even went to goodwill and got a couple of tapes.

I was just looking at these when my crv got totaled. Nice ride

Thanks. :) The truck was nice while I had it. I just needed something with a little more room inside.

Looks NICE.! Do these years have the Isuzu motor or an actual HONDA motor?
I've been reading up on the J35a4 swaps, and seeing what's available on those.

Looking at your side view, I just wish that the part of the front bumber that sticks out could be taken off..?
It would look cleaner.

Did you ever finish the OLD civic?
(gotta apologize on not finding/sending those parts. Dealing with all sorts of crap for a few years..)

The last tape i bought was in 2000. I bought it to use in a mini van we had rented for us while i was in the military. I bought a Lil' Wayne tape. From Walmart. It was edited. lol

My 97 Integra came with a CD player. I wonder what the last model sold with a tape deck was.

Thank you Google

Dang. Bought my first burner in 1996, never looked back to tapes, but I had a healthy diet of Maxxel metals until then. Had a brief fling with minidisc from 97-2000. Went all digital in 2001.

Strangely enough, my 06 RSX-S has a cassette player along with a 6 disc changer...and no AUX port. Annoying as Hell.

My 04 Grand Cherokee has a cassette deck, I forget the thing is even there.

Hey, yea it had an actual Honda motor. The front bumper extension is actually just like taped on there with double sided foam from the factory. It's the only one I've seen with that piece and I actually really liked it because it made it different. I actually just got rid of this one in February and got a 2015 model. :) I've had a lot of stuff going on in life that has prevented me from actually working on the 73, although I'm in the position to start working on it once again. I've completely stripped it down and it's in bad shape. I've got sections that I have to cut out of the floor pan and firewall that are just rusted out. The brake lines just fell apart in my hands taking them out. I'm going to tube out the front end to give me some more clearance for the D series Engine I've got for it. I've also gotta fabricate mounts for a newer style suspension since parts are even harder to find now than they were when I first got the car and when you can find them, the prices are outrageous. It's a big mess, but I can't get rid of the car, it needs to run again.
