its my turn to have my car stolen

well its now happened to me. i had JUST gotten my suspension fixed (worn upper ball joint) and not even 2 hours later my car is gone. i went to my girlfriends house after getting it fixed, locked all my doors like i always do, and jumped in my girlfriends car cause we were going out to dinner. left at about 9:00pm and when we got back at like 10:30, and my car is gone. i immediately called the cops. they came within 5 minutes and took my info and all that shit. this just pisses me off, i just got it fixed, and i have to go back to school tomorrow or monday. school is 250 miles away. im so pissed right now, my blood is boiling. i just want my car back with the engine, i dont care about the rest. and what pisses me off is that for the most part, my car looks stock, except it being lowered and the rotas, and the hoodpins. i dont know what else to say, im just pissed and um.... pissed. if anyone in the baltimore area could just be on the lookout for a red 91 Honda CRX Si. it has black rota circuit 8's, and has an unpainted black urethaine Wings West RS body kit. has the stock hood with hoodpins. please be on the lookout for it. if you see it get the tag number and PM me or something.

whats the most fucked up about all this is that i was supposed to go to dinner in my car, but my girlfriends mom came with us so we had to leave my car and take her's. i dont know what else to say besides.......FUCK WHOEVER THE FUCK TOOK MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont see how, its paid off, and it was parked on a road where ive been parking for like 2 years. its a row home and everyone parks on both sides of the street. i cant think of any reason it would be towed.

Hell with the internet you might even could get satellite shots. Sorry to hear it. I bet its not far from you in an alley or behind a building totally stripped. I hope you had full coverage!!!!

I had an idea....most of the cars are cars that dumb teenagers think would be good parts cars to support their drug habbits....if we all started to put bags of cocain on the windshild wipers, and a note saying " here take this instead".......it could work.....

Or open up a pawn shops for used performance parts, and when the kids come in to pawn them off...have the police follow them back to the chop shops.....

ahhh whats the use....shit will never change, and cars will continue to be stolen.....

Hopefully insurance will cover everything for ya.

What kind of plan did you have? Did you have papers on your motor and everything with the insurance? In my area, you could use homeowners/renter's insurance to cover it even if you didn't have full coverage and didn't have anything of your parts covered.

Hopefully it turns up, they usually do in most cases.

I rarely heard of any Escorts gettin stolen in the 2 years I was on feoa... (take a wild guess why)...all these old ass Civics and CRXs getting stolen is really freaking me out....so much so that I locked my doors when I went into the gas station in Indy on thursday... <_<

what all can i cover with the renters insurance? can i just cover personal belongings in the caar or actual parts installed on the car? i asked my ins if i could use the renters ins, they said yes. i had tools in there, clothes, cd's, all kinds of shit. but can i use it for the shit i had on there like the wheels, the engine, etc..?

sry man my friends hatch with a gsr motor got stolen and he only had liability too. they found his car in a ditch burned and stripped and since he only had liability he got nothing back. so i'm afraid that you aren't gonna get anything back that was stolen. well at least from the insurance company.

Nope liability only covers OTHER CARS THAT U HIT. Thats why u have to have at least liability. The insurance company will only laugh at you Sorry.
