after a b18c swap into a 96 teg. everything is obd2a. I still have no spark or fuel. fucker will crank all day long though. I checked my fuses and the ecu grounds a9 a10 a22 a23. they are all less than a .5 ohm. with the key on i have batt. voltage at coil. what does the computer loook at before it allows spark. and fuel. any help would be much appric. gettin butt kicked.
