Well like I said I could be off for sure. Won't know until we hit the dyno in 2 weeks.

But it is certainly faster. And this time the suspension is tuned and the car is aligned.

Lights are finally fixed too.

Picking her up tomorrow. Can't wait.

But did find some more shavings in the oil unfortunately.

So everything is done. Picked up the car today.

The clutch is slipping now. Its not holding the power the motor is making.

So now I gatta buy a new clutch smh.

I swear the shit never ends.

But anyway. Thats where were at for now.

I will give another update once were done at the dyno

So whats up everyone?

Couple of updates.

I now have a polished GSR Crank from Inlinepro, I traded some wheels for a complete GSR head (came with cams, vtec solenoid right down to the oil cap) . FYI I already have a sleeved and O-ringed Motor from InlinePro

I have already ordered a SpeedFactory Custom Turbo Manifold, its the Ram Horn and A/C compatible.

I have a 50mm turbo smart race port bov coming, a 40mm precision vband coming, and I ordered an innovate dual fuction boost gauge that comes with shift light ect plus datalogging.

I am replacing 3rd gear and putting ls 5th gear and replacing the factory lsd with an Mfactory helical lsd and I putting an oem flywheel back on and stage 4 6 puck comp clutch with upgraded pressure plate on.

I am taking the 8lb flywheel out thats in it because it was causing me to hit boost cut prematurely.

I am currently building my sleeved GSR motor with maneuly turbo tuff I beam rods, upgraded acl bearings, upgraded wrist pins and rings, 10:1 compression cp pistons, putting a new water pump, new itr oil pump and ect on.

I am boring out the motor to 2.0L

Thats all for my block.

Now for my head:

I am doing a PnP 5 angle valve job with stainless steel valves, stage 1 skunk2 pro cams, doing the springs, lockers, and retainers all upgraded.

Also going to buy the ultra series skunk2 intake manifold and use a 90mm throttle body

For my current b20vtec motor I am putting the turbo parts on and ceramic coating my manifold and then I'm ganna crank the boost up retune it and see what happens.

Probably ganna run 12psi on it and try to hit around 350-400 to the wheels. Depends on how the motor does, I might back it down to 300 if we see any issues.

Either way it should be fun.

Inline Pro is a pretty sweet shop, my best friend worked there a few years and we made a 24hr road trip to do a weekend short block build with them on the 1000hp taurus that runs 10s , I was a fly on the wall on that one but was a cool experience

That's awesome. I would love to see their facility.

I can't wait to get everything.

I'm tired of my car being down.

I'm ready to go fast

Start working on it bruh

My gauge wg and bov came today. Manifold should be here monday. I'm ganna do a test fit to make sure I don't have to refab the downpipe before I get the manifold and downpipe ceramic coated.

Here some pics if my parts.

I am buying Mfactory LSD later this month, Dustin is doing my trans while he is doing the clutch for me. He is replacing 3rd gear and the syncro for me and then he is the lsd and ls 5th gear and final drive for me too.

Were probably going to keep it around 300whp maybe 350 depending on how well the motor responds, it is a pretty tired motor so we have to be careful because I plan on dailying it back n forth to work while I build my other motor.

I cannot wait I am really excited to have my car back on the road. I actually have quality parts now so I will be able to make some decent power and have some reliability hopefully for a while

The hood exit idea is tbd.

I may in the future and I may now. Not sure yet.

My biggest concern is rain as I will be daily driving it.

Ok so not doing hood exit.

We are fixing the hole in it.

We are taking the engine out. Were putting a manuel steering rack in.

Replacing all the hoses, seals, and gaskets on the engine.

Installing 4 bar map sensor, hondata electronic boost controller/solenoid

Fixing the engine mount hole with time sert.

Rebuilding the transmission with Mfactory lsd and ITR upgraded bearings.

Putting in LS mainshaft and LS 5th Gear and LS Final drive in.

Also replacing all syncros with upgraded carbon coated syncros and doing all the seals and ect.

Putting all my new turbo parts on.

replacing wheel stud.

changing oil, filter, and spark plugs.

And Retuning hondata.

Goal is 350whp

Car should will done next week.

I will post some pulls and dyno tune once ready.

lol @ money pits, I feel for you big dog hopefully will be driving a sweet civic soon

Bro....

Money pit isn't the word for it.

I'v spent probably $4000 over the past 2 months just in parts.

But I have learned a lot and am finally doing it right.

Plus another $2200 to have all the work done.

This will be the most complete car has been during this whole process.

Doing things the right way arnt cheap at all.

But I decided if I was going to spend the money I would quit wasting time and resources and do it right and be done with it.

At least until I finish building my other motor lol.

If nothing else my turbo parts are good now and my trans will last.

My Car is my Christmas present to myself.

We checked the oil pressure. Its still running at 75-80

Hopefully it still has some life in it.

Just a few more days!!!!! I can't wait!!

Ok. So Update.

Finally got the Time Sert kit in Friday. Dropped it off to Dustin.

Repairing the engine mount hole. Swap is out and Trans is out.

Gears are good on trans but hubs and syncros were shot. Pretty much par for the course. Luckily I already have the rebuild kit.

I've included a pic of the trans.

Minor changes:

We are relocating the battery to the trunk and installing an oil catch can to try and get some more power and life out of the current motor.

Bought a valve cover and I am having it tapped and powder coated flat black
