JDM Fog Lights

When I bought my car it had the fog lights on, then some ass stole my car busted the bumber and so I got a new bumber (not OEM but you cant tell the diffrence) and the fog lights wont go on the holes are slightly bigger, that was two years ago, I was looking in my gauarge and found them in a box.

I thought I should micky mouse them on, but I plan on going turbo soon will the charge piping get in the way?
Is there a way I could keep the lights along with the piping?

(and before someone elses type it; fog lights < turbo )
I just want to know if I could do both?

yes with some modifications cut until the fit but go slow

The only thing is that I will be putting on the fog lights before I put on the kit, so im going to hack up my bumber for the lights that may have to come back off. But that is what im going to do thanks for the advice, I'll deal with the pipes when I acutally get them
