I HAVE A 95 GS-R, I AM LOOKING TO SWAP IN A JDM ITR B18C5. I KNOW IT WILL FIT, BUT I AM UNSURE ABOUT THE WIRING. I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE OBD2 PARTS ON THE ENGINE, AND USE A REPROGRAMED P28 ECU, I ALSO KNOW THAT THE JDM HARNESS WONT WORK BECAUSE IT IS RIGHT HAND DRIVE. AM I BEST OFF TO GET A USDM ITR HARNESS, OR WILL A OBD2 B16A HARNESS WORK AS WELL? WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED TO DO TO MAKE THIS MOTOR RUN CORRECTLY?
 
just use your GSR harness and swap the distributor and injector plugs
use your GSR's alternator
that should be about it
 
The absolute easiest way is to simply use a USDM OBD2 engine harness from a GSR or ITR on the JDM B18C. Then simply plug it in and re-program your p28 ecu. You do not have to do ANYTHING else, it is that sipmle.

I just did a 2000 JDM ITR swap into my 94 Civic Si, simplest swap I've ever seen.
