anybody knows where i can buy a jdm civic si tranny so i can swap it into my 91 teg da b18a1 tranny is so slow i need a short geared ratio or a usdm 92-93 gs-r tranny

This is in the wrong forum, but I would recommend a cable B16 trans instead. Unless you were talking about SIR trans...
