JDM/USDM water sensor?

do i use my usdm water sensor on the main hose, or can i leave that out like the jdm? As you can see, the jdm one doesn't require the water sensor. It is not used and pluged up. Anyone know of this and how it might affect my swap?

well my jdm motor has that. your water temp gauge sensor is right behind there on the block. but im not sure what it would affect. you have another one on the back side of the block by the tb but not for sure how it would affect u

My h23 had two aswell however, my h22a did not. Since I was using the h23 harness anyways which has 2 plugs, I decided to just use the h23 coolant elbow so I could run both plugs. If you have that option, I would go with it.
