why would you cool the inatake pipe BEFORE the compression in the s/c happens? the compression effect is what causes heat as a byproduct.
nate, all this nitrous and water crap is not the way to go IMO for your daily driver. get the kit i linked above (maybe its cheaper elsewhere? i dunno) then look at some real fuel management for the rest of your power.
