its under a cx and I hear that the gears r quiet long so I was wondering which tranny is better the hb si one or the 99 ex ones?

also my check engine light randomly shows up and when I turn off the engine and turn it back on is goes away can anyone tell me whats going on with that?

oh yeah sorry I don't like asking questions haha but the ecu is still stock and I'm wondering which one will best perfrom with then engine?
 
if you want to know about the check engine light, then find out what the code is, as far as the rest of the crap I have no Idea.
