Hell yes it is.And yes this would handle that viper like Jenna Jameson could handle a room full of sailors.Considering IB has motors that aren't as built as this for $12,000 it doesn't seem that bad.

That motor, is beautiful. 10k for that motor is an excellent deal but he won't sell it for 10k, who knows how high his reserve is.
