just swapped...no fuel...

i just put an h23 into my sol. i tried to start it. all it would do is crank and not turn over. i checked some stuff out. and theres no fuel in my line. i also dont think my fuel pump is turning on...any ideas?

i used a multi meter and found out theres no voltage going to the pump. now what do i do?

for futur references if someone searches. (since no on knows and i figured it out)
1)i never had a cel
2)i jumped the main relay. and the pump went on
3)when not jumped. pump didnt work
(2 and 3 is with ignition on)

conclusion. main relay crapped out on me
not sure how or why. but it did. (hopefully)
