K20 into a 2004 civic DX worthwhile

would swapping a K20 into a 2004 Honda civic dx be possible and how hard would it be.
ohh and if there are any good sites relating to this let me know

Umm, the usdm ITR K20 has a 6-speed also, it's not that strange, or atleast the ITR K20 in Canada does.

well, there is no USDM ITR K20....yet at least....
my brothers car(02 civic si) is running JDM ITR K20 w/LSD 6 speed. fast, for just swapping, and IHE.
