1996-97 JDM GSR tranny with USDM Speed sensor. Tranny will come with a crank up warranty...meaning, once motor is started, tranny has no grinds. Tranny was inspected by a reputable local shop and taken apart...everything checked out fine (reason for the warranty)...$650
