We just got the website up and running at the school i Kickbox at. I love this place and have been here for 6 years.

No i agree that Rob def hits mad hard compared to My instructor does. -> but as far as overall skill goes its pretty impressive for both of them. My instructor fights at 145 . . . he hits pretty hard for 145.

Rob is the most explosive 200lb fighter i have ever seen, not too many big guys move like he does.
