Might be a tad bit salty if used over udon, (if you do what the recipe list) sticky rice FTW!

Udon is great but I like it with lighter sauces.

do this but with beef. =)

    Jeffie,

do you think they carry the beef at a normal supermarket......like Ralphs or a big grocery chain?

and what if I dont got the ability to slice my meat thin.

What meat can I buy that is already thin?

How long to cook it in the skillet?

you can buy that philly steak sub meat in the freezer section; it's pretty thin. Also, using a sharper knife can help you cut it thin.

nooooooo dont do that, that philly shit is processed out the ass.

that's like buying a "formed" steak. to grill, who would ever think about doing that?

Just buy ribeye steak, place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes then slice it yourself.
I do it all the time when I have to slice meat super thin, you can also ask the butcher on duty to cut it for you, it is THEIR job to do it.
