kyb gr-2 nitro shocks, can they be rebuilt?

I got these off ebay for cheap with some good coilovers and off course the were all blown, they arn't that rusty or anything but they are completly blown. I was pretty sure you could send these out to have new gaskets put in and have them refilled with nitrogen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dude, GR2's are like 20 bucks apiece...just get new ones

They are more than that but even if you could find someone to build them you would most likey been able to buy them new, like he^ said.
