i got these lambo door hinges as part of a package trade...
problem is simple
the shocks/struts/gas springs are shot
so i've been looking for replacement shocks but i can not find the company
i've determined the hinges are knock off Vertical Door Inc hinges
vertical door hinges have 1 shock per hinge
the hinges I acquired have 2 shocks per hinge
auto loc hinges use 2 shocks but they are the kind you would use on a rear hatch, long and thing
vertical doors uses short thick shocks
these are basically the shocks i need except they need to have a hole through the top, not threaded
i may have to order them directly from easy-lift, the company that makes vertical doors shocks
vertical doors wants 250 per shock, 250 because they have a lifetime warranty, but the warranty = void as soon as i put them on a knock off hinge
i just wanna get them working so i can sell them...
