leaking rear hatch on a crx

tommorow i am going to buy a 91 crx si. the only problem that i know of is that the rear hatch leaks. i dont know how serious it does but it has always been garaged says the owner. my question is , could it be just the seal or what else? if it is the seal is it hard to replace?

My crx has that problem too, it leaks somewhere from the top, not very much tho. drips slightly up there when it rains
