Leather Steering Wheel Wrap

So I got the great idea to spruce up my interior a little....

Got new OEM floor mats and a leather steering wheel wrap

Floor mats were a no brainer....although they are suppose to be 'black'
Came to my house looking more dark gray/blue (but look much better
then what was in there since '92)

My hatch had the wrap on the wheel when I bought it in '96 and it had
a really nice feel to it. It faded and got torn up from normal wear and tear
so i cut it off

Years ago, a friend bought an OEM wrap and it looked like shit when he
showed it to me. He must have put it on in ten minutes and it was as loose
as a Vegas Hooker on the strip.

I knew the steering wheel wrap was going to be a challenge but it took
me almost two hours to get it on. My fingers are all cut up from yanking
on the waxy nylon stitching. It is a bitch, Maybe I should have worn my
welding gloves because my fingers are hummin'!!!

But it looks good....my interior is all clean and my vents have been deodorized
(thanks to info from hondaswap.com gurus).

What can I say....? It's my baby and I'll probably never sell it. Beer Can on Fire
......with A/C now!!

I think a new radiator is next....I just bought an Integra strut $50 delievered (all black and one piece)

Anyone know about those cheap ebay aluminum radiators for $50 worth it?

NO!! Bigger wider better!! lol I am actually contemplating the Fit wheels with a small spacer or some meshes

I just can't make the move for some replica JDM style rims....real ones need 15 tons of TLC and cost more then many new wheels for my hatch. I look at them sometimes and say "No!"

I want some 16" old shumachers (spelling?) those were the shit!!! Sick ass wheel that's functional, light, and good looking

They're nakayama racing rims.....but I don't think they make the 16 anymore

How do your A/C lines manage with that header?

They are totally out of the way of the header......

One of the lines touches the Power Steering Pump but that's it.

DC headers always clear....don't they? I guess I don't know for EF swaps

But I do know a guy with a GSR in a CRX and he had A/C at one time.

And my car is R-12....got a guy to do it with r-12 oil and refrigerant for $60

I wanted to get some red stitching for the leather wrap but couldn't find what I needed around town. i found some tough thread but no way it was going to work when I was yanking on it (would probably rip the thread right out of the hole punched in the leather)

Could have waited and ordered something online but.....no I wanted it on ASAP lol
