I have couple set's of Acura Legend Twin piston calipers!!! BEST front caliper UPGRADE for your civic , their pads are even bigger than the NSX one's (correct me if im wrong)...

the capiers are in good shape(pads included)

I think it would be too much work to retrofit these to fit my 07 so bump and good luck but post some pics.

I may want some measurements.
