does it have valve relifes in the pistons?

i bought a car with a mini me and am trying to tell if it has been built.

pulled tyhe valve cover and found head studs so i pulled a plug and saw no valve relifs on the pistons

motor is d16y7 block with d16y8 head

obviously there are head studs

what kind?

i stated that it had head studs

i dont know what kind they dont put stamps on top of the stud

does any one have any idea if the pistons should have valve relifs?
