lightened flywheel

about to turbo my d16z6 expecting to get about 200bhp, im going ti uprate the clutch and was just wondering if it was worth putting a lightened flywheel in at the same time, ive seen fidanza ones for reasonable money is it a worthwhile modification for the money ?

Zex is having a special on their website, $149 for their lightweight flywheel... not bad since they used to be around $300
