little insight please

I have a '00 civic and I installed tokico suspension on it (blue struts an red springs). Its been about 3 months since I installed it and the front never settled in, basically it's at stock height. I was wondering what would cause this to happen? I had the same type of tokicos on my '90 hatch an had no problem it settled in fine. Has anyone had this problem?

that sucks man, i have noticed that a lot of lowering springs leave the rear slightly lower than the front.

Yeah I have no idea I'm gonna try an mess with it in the spring..ill take the added height for the winter ....but if anything just throw some coilovers in front next year
