LMA issue???

I'm in the middle of mini-me swap. D15B onto the y7. I'm having an issue with turning the cam without it getting alot of resistance. I'm pretty sure its getting stuck on the LMAs. If i take off that top rocker arm then everything turns fine. Whats the deal?

also i put a z6 cam in the D15B head. any ideas?

sounds like it might be out of time and the pistons are slapping the valves.
