My father who is part of the Worc. County mass casulty response unit called me about an hour ago to tell me that they set up a decon tent in E. Brookfield. The trailor in the picture and the newsfeed is from my town. Originally no one knew what it was and it was and at least our Fire Dept assumed it was either a bad chemical spill or a terrorist attack. Still, a big screw up on Spencers part.
