REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY small street bike-things. You can drive some of them. They have like 40cc engines if im not mistaken. they do like 40mph the bigger ones do anyways.

they start out at about 30-35mph
you can get them over 90 if you really want to
and yes its a 40cc engine ... you can get a 50cc on there though

i got mine at a local bike place and got royaly ass fucked on the price ... ive seen them online for 950-1100
ive seen them on eBay for 500-750ish

do searches for "pocket bike"

Some extreme sports places sell them like the places that sell skatebaords, wakeboards etc etc. check there too.

no you actually ride it
its designed to carry up to about 250lbs
it does about 30-35
there are lots of performance upgrades available
